Movie for Wednesday July 1st – TRANSFORMERS: Revenge of the Fallen
Who knew that the ultimate weapon of the Decepticons is a Hello Kitty-Bedazzler ray? One can just see the Autobots dying in waves from the shame of the pink, sparkly kawaii. We are selling tickets for two screenings of this movie: a 6 PM IMAX show, and a 7:45 PM 35 mm show.
- IMAX SHOW – Wednesday July 1st 7:45 PM

Show Time: IMAX at 7:45 PM
Ticket Pick-up: 5:45 PM – 7:30 PM in the Metreon Food Court
Please note that we do not purchase the tickets in advance for the standard show; we have passes which we sell to you which you then use to get tickets. Arrive early, or you will likely find that the show has sold out.
We know that getting to the theater for a 6 PM show is hard for many of you. We considered going to a Saturday screening, but the two Saturdays following opening day are Pink Saturday, and July 4th and they are not feasible.
If you want to see an IMAX show at another time or day, come buy a gold pass from us for $8, and use it to attend an IMAX screening at the time of your choice. The next IMAX show that evening is at 9:45 PM – so you can go see it then if you’re a night owl. Just remember that there will be a $6 surcharge for the IMAX when you turn in your pass for your ticket.

Every Wednesday when we see movies, the AMC theaters offer FREE POPCORN to people who have an AMC Movie Watcher Card. The card is free and you can register for one online here.
- CHEAP MOVIES – Take your pick!
A reminder to all: if you don’t want to see the new-release movie that we’re going to see, you can still buy a pass from us for $7 or $8 to see any of the other movies showing at the AMC when we’re there. Just reserve yours tickets for the movie of that week so we know to have enough passes.

*Transformers has a guaranteed contract to screen the IMAX theater for 4-5 weeks, so the first screenings of Harry Potter in IMAX will not occur until August 1st – Lazy Bear Weekend. We’ll be having a second screening the first week after everyone is back from LB.
