We wanted to introduce to Michio, an E. Providence photographer.
My style of photography is to capture the guy next door type of hairy bears and cubs. all my models are amatur.
I prefer colored photos more than black & white and I prefer outdoor photos more than indoor photo with backdrop.
I started to taking photography seriously in 2002 after joined Liberty Bears of Philadelphia club.
I shot lot of photos for club social and bear events. My club brothers persuaded me and supported my photography. My works were published in American Bear, American Grizzly, Big Men's Quarterly and 100% Beef magazines.
Unfortunately most of those magazines are no longer existed. I am doing freelance work for 100% Beef magazine now.
I was chosen to be in charity art show with other 24 artists at Philadelphia on 2002, had show at Bear Cafe in NYC on 2003. Les Wrights from Bear History Projects saw my website through Bear Cafe and asked me if I was interested in being featured artist on 2004. I had show for Furball dancing in NYC on 2005.
